Pretty much, if they go item searching in their threads, they can find whatever, just keep it reasonable.

As far as the results of the quest are concerned, when we send out the 'winners' mention, I'll note a few random things the characters found per person as well as which location found the Power Cell.

Those that found the Power Cell will receive a bonus item from TK for their troubles. The location has been decided by an unbiased source and everyone that picks the winning location will get the bonus prize.

To clarify, everyone that participates will get something. It just may not be useful to them.
